• In the event of a sell-out when pre-paid tickets have not been collected by the start of the performance, LOST reserves the right to re-sell these tickets.
• LOST reserves the right to refuse admittance on any of the following grounds: health and safety, environmental or security issues. Please be advised that for certain performances we may carry out security searches. Purchase of a ticket does not guarantee access to the performance if the purchaser breaches any of these issues.
• It is your responsibility to ensure that you are fully aware of any restrictions placed on a performance before purchasing tickets.
• By purchasing tickets you agree that they are for your personal use. Any attempt to resell tickets will result in your purchase being cancelled without prior notification. LOST reserves the right to cancel any purchase it deems to be fraudulent.
