Fables For A Boy
A Different Kind Of Story
A Different Kind Of Musical

A selfish, self-loathing mother and an ungrateful father.
A doctor with a dark heart, a teacher who knows it all yet gives nothing.
A loving grandmother with a talent for spinning a web of beautiful, dangerous stories.
And finally, one lonely, troubled boy trapped within this poisonous concoction.
Can this voiceless boy escape from the winds of despair that push him even closer to the edge? Can hope carry him to a place where nightmares can’t find him?

Fables For A Boy is the touching tale about a young boy’s struggle in a world that is against him. He escapes his harsh reality aided by his grandmother and the fantastic fables she tells. The stories transport him to a safe world of his own making, where his life is easier to understand. Is the boy strong enough to return to reality, or will he take the bold step to stay?

The dark and grotesque story of boy comes to life with shadow puppetry, marionettes, projection, eight actors, an orchestra, and a custom designed rod puppet. Be ready for a different kind of musical at The LOST Theatre in London, March 2016. We are releasing a limited number of £12 seats for every performance. Make sure you book yours before they are all gone!
The Performance Is Not Suitable for Persons Under 16 Years.
